Cast Party Coordinators please arrive by 3:30 to prepare the Wilson Cafeteria for the party. Also, please plan to stay until all actors have been picked up by their parents/guardians and the cafeteria is clean.

Now it’s time to kick back and relax with a party!
After getting out of your costume, please head to the Wilson Cafeteria for some cake, drinks, and fun!
Note: If your actor(s) want to go somewhere else after the show (for example: Five Guys) you MUST pick them up first. We will not allow actors to leave without a parent or guardian.
3:30 - 4:00 - Arrive at Wilson Middle School. Go backstage QUIETLY!
4:00 - 5:30 (ish) - Disassemble set and load truck and drive to Cole Center
5:30 - 7:00 (ish) - Unload truck at Cole Center
Arrive by 12:30, make sure your actor had a good lunch, this is a big day!
12:30 - 1:30 Check in, get into costume review any last minute notes from Cindy
1:30 - 2:00 Places!
2:00 - 4:00 (ish) Performance Number 1
4:00 - 4:30 Greet your actor/fans: (Wilson Gymnasium)
4:30 - 5:00 Get out of costume, go to the cafeteria for the cast party

We also get to say very fond farewells to our eighth-graders who have just finished their last show as NDW Actors. We hope we’ll see them in the fall as alumni volunteers, but until then let’s show them our love and appreciation with speeches, thanks, and gifts.

Please do not drop off your actor prior to the time shown below and arrive promptly for pickup. Schedule is subject to change - please monitor your email for changes from Patrick or the NDW Newsletter.
Sunday: 12:30pm - 5:30pm
Monday: 6:15pm - 9:00pm
Tuesday: 6:15pm - 9:00pm
Wednesday: 6:15pm - 9:00pm
Thursday: No Rehearsal (Halloween)
Friday: 6:15pm - 9:30pm
Saturday: Drop off at Noon | Arrive for pickup at 8:30
Sunday: Drop off at 12:30 | Cast Party begins at approximately 4:30. Parents are welcomed to attend and 8th grade parents strongly encouraged! If you are not attending, please come inside the Wilson Cafeteria to pick up your actor at 5:15.
