Hair Styles
Hair styles are required for performances, optional for dress rehearsals
For all actors, the most important tip to keep in mind is that hair should be off the face. Actors are expected to do their hair styles at home before call time (use as much hair spray as you need to help it stay!) and NDW staff and parent volunteers will help actors to tidy their hair styles between the two Saturday shows if needed. Please use hair ties and clips that blend in with your child’s hair color.
The NDW Director and Costumer discuss each character in the show and assign a hairstyle, or a choice of hairstyles, for each actor. Many factors are involved, including the "look" of the character and the hats or head coverings included in their costumes.

As always, please email costumes@natickdramaworkshop.org if you have any questions.
